Promotional Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the main foil on the front of the voucher.
  • Only one promotional voucher can be used per transaction. Promotional vouchers may be combined with Gift Vouchers but may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Treatments must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed in person only.
  • Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional vouchers are non-refundable, where the voucher value exceeds the goods or services raised, no change will be given or credit raised.
  • Damaged vouchers must be intact – if the perforations are detached, they will not be redeemed. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are pre-paid paper vouchers provided by Casafia.

  • Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the main foil on the front of the voucher.
  • Gift vouchers may be used in combination with promotions.
  • Any number of gift vouchers may be used to pay for a single treatment or for in-store products.
  • Paper vouchers. Where there are additional costs associated with the provision of a postal voucher, such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.
  • Voucher redemption. Treatments must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed in person only. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Credit may be raised where the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the treatment – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 treatment. 
  • Gift vouchers may be transferred between individuals.
  • Gift vouchers are only valid whilst intact – once the voucher perforation has been torn it is no longer valid. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

E-Vouchers

Email vouchers are pre-paid vouchers delivered by email by Casafia.

  1. Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the front of the voucher.
  2. Gift vouchers may be used in combination with promotions or other pre-paid vouchers.
  3. Any number of or combination gift vouchers may be used to pay for a single treatment or for in-store products.
  4. Email vouchers shall be provided at the face value of that voucher and sent to the email address provided at point of purchase.
  5. Voucher redemption. Treatments must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed in person only. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
  6. Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Credit may be raised where the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the treatment – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 treatment. 
  7. Email vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
